Six years ago, after having my first two children, I realized my body wasn't as lean as it had once was. I never expected or wanted to look like I did before I had kids, but I wanted to feel better. I began doing at-home workouts with minimal equipment, following a weekly plan – this is how I created the 412 Workout. Being a busy, stay-at-home mom, I worked out on certain days throughout the week and included my children in active rest days. The bonus was still being able to move my body while juggling the demands of motherhood and a busy lifestyle.
Being a former Division 1 athlete, and later going on to coach college track and field, I was always devoted to sports and fitness and knew I wanted to make this part of my daily life. I became an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer in 2021 and have been committed to helping others create a bridge between a busy schedule and their fitness. With my training and coaching experience, I deliver programs that are structured and flexible to fit into your daily routine—helping you look and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident.
